Partner signals and notification workflows

I implemented Salesforce processing for Crossbeam partner signals and related partner-email notifications. It connects external signals with CRM records and applies configuration-driven matching and filtering before notifications are processed.

The implementation includes ingestion and notification services, processing-status updates and handler tests.

The interesting part is the integration boundary: what the source provides, how that maps into Salesforce and which conditions make a notification eligible. Limits of the source payload, such as the absence of deal amount in the signals reviewed, shaped the design.
